Strane kompanije koje ulaze na srpsko tr\u017ei\u0161te tra\u017ee partnera koji ne samo da poznaje zakon, ve\u0107 koji razmi\u0161lja kao \u0161to razmi\u0161ljaju oni \u2014 precizno, strukturirano, sa jasnom odgovorno\u0161\u0107u. Mi smo to gradili godinama. Ono \u0161to nas izdvaja nije lista usluga, ve\u0107 \u010dinjenica da klijent ima jednu ta\u010dku kontakta za sve: od osnivanja kompanije, preko poreskog planiranja i revizije, do procene vrednosti i M&amp;A podr\u0161ke. Kako biste opisali taj identitet danas \u2014 \u0161ta vas razlikuje od konkurencije na srpskom tr\u017ei\u0161tu?<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>FB: <\/strong>Na\u0161a distinktivnost le\u017ei u spoju: lokalno iskustvo plus me\u0111unarodni standardi rada. U tom smislu, mi nismo samo servisni provajder \u2014 mi smo deo njihovog poslovnog tima u Srbiji.<\/p><p><strong>SPK:\u00a0 Va\u0161e prisustvo u Srbiji I regionu je zna\u010dajno. \u0160ta to konkretno zna\u010di za klijenta koji, recimo, \u017eeli da posluje i u Srbiji i u Crnoj Gori ili nekoj drugoj dr\u017eavi?<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>FB:\u00a0 <\/strong>Za klijenta to zna\u010di kontinuitet i konzistentnost. Umesto da u svakoj dr\u017eavi tra\u017ei novog partnera, upoznaje novi tim, obja\u0161njava isti poslovni model iznova \u2014 ima jednu kompaniju koja razume celu grupu. Koordinisano savetovanje kroz vi\u0161e jurisdikcija je danas klju\u010dna vrednost, naro\u010dito u oblasti me\u0111unarodnog poreskog planiranja, gde svaka granica donosi novi set pravila. Mi to re\u0161avamo integrisano.<\/p><blockquote><p><strong style=\"font-style: inherit;\">Globalni kontekst i rizici<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote><p><strong>SPK:\u00a0 \u017divimo u vremenu kada se geopoliti\u010dki rizici prevode direktno u poslovne odluke. Kako to konkretno vidite kod va\u0161ih klijenata \u2014 \u0161ta se promenilo u na\u010dinu na koji kompanije planiraju i donose investicione odluke?<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>FB:\u00a0 <\/strong>Promena je fundamentalna. Ranije su kompanije izra\u0111ivale trogodi\u0161nje planove sa relativnom pouzdano\u0161\u0107u. Danas se mnogi planovi pi\u0161u u kvartalima, a neki i na mese\u010dnom nivou. Vidimo da klijenti sve vi\u0161e tra\u017ee scenarijska planiranja \u2014 \u0161ta ako se promeni regulativa, \u0161ta ako do\u0111e do novih carina, \u0161ta ako se menja devizni kurs. Nema jednog odgovora koji va\u017ei za sve, ali zajedni\u010dki imenilac je jedno: ko ima dobre interne kontrole i finansijsku disciplinu, taj krize do\u010dekuje kao \u0161ansu, a ne katastrofu.<\/p><p><strong>SPK:\u00a0 Postoji paradoks u dana\u0161njoj privredi: kompanije su opreznije, ali kapital i dalje tra\u017ei prinos. Kako se taj napon \u2014 izme\u0111u straha od rizika i pritiska za rastom \u2014 odra\u017eava na odluke va\u0161ih klijenata?<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>FB:\u00a0 <\/strong>Ta\u010dno ste to nazvali naponom \u2014 i on je veoma realan. Vidimo dve grupe klijenata. Jedna grupa konzervativno \u010deka da se slika razjasni, odla\u017ee investicije, \u010duva likvidnost. Druga grupa \u2014 obi\u010dno ona sa jasnom strategijom i jakim upravljanjem \u2014 koristi trenutak da akvizira, da se repozicionira, da privu\u010de talente koje je ranije te\u0161ko dobiti. Istorijski gledano, upravo u periodima neizvesnosti nastaju najzna\u010dajniji pomaci tr\u017ei\u0161nih pozicija. Pitanje je samo da li imate kapacitet \u2014 finansijski i mentalni \u2014 da to iskoristite.<\/p><p><strong>SPK:\u00a0 Ve\u0161ta\u010dka inteligencija menja finansijski sektor br\u017ee nego \u0161to mnogi o\u010dekuju. Gde vidite najve\u0107i uticaj na va\u0161u delatnost \u2014 i \u0161ta to zna\u010di za profil finansijskog stru\u010dnjaka budu\u0107nosti?<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>FB:\u00a0 <\/strong>AI ve\u0107 menja operativni deo na\u0161e delatnosti \u2014 automatizacija rutinskih ra\u010dunovodskih procesa, analiza podataka, generisanje izve\u0161taja. Ali ono \u0161to ne mo\u017ee da zameni jeste kontekstualno rasu\u0111ivanje: razumeti za\u0161to je odre\u0111eni broj problemati\u010dan u specifi\u010dnoj industrijskoj situaciji, kako da se klijent pripremi za regulatornu kontrolu, kako da strukturira transakciju na na\u010din koji je i legalan i optimalan. Finansijski stru\u010dnjak budu\u0107nosti mora biti hibrid \u2014 tehnolo\u0161ki pismen, ali i pun tzv. soft skillova. Nama je to i kriterijum pri zapo\u0161ljavanju ve\u0107 nekoliko godina.<\/p><blockquote><p><strong>Srpska privreda i investicioni ambijent<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote><p><strong>SPK: Srbija aktivno privla\u010di strane investicije subvencijama i poreskim podsticajima. Vi svakodnevno razgovarate sa stranim investitorima \u2014 \u0161ta su njihovi stvarni upiti i sumnje kada razmatraju ulazak na srpsko tr\u017ei\u0161te?<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>FB: <\/strong>Naj\u010de\u0161\u0107a pitanja nisu o subvencijama \u2014 to ve\u0107 znaju. Pitanja su: koliko je pravni okvir stabilan, koliko se zakoni dosledno primenjuju, kakva je efikasnost sudskog sistema ako do\u0111e do spora, i koliko je predvidiva poreska regulativa. Investitori su iskusni ljudi \u2014 oni ne gledaju samo na ulazne uslove, ve\u0107 na ukupan \u017eivotni ciklus investicije. I tu je jo\u0161 prostora da Srbija napreduje: predvidivost i konzistentnost regulative su mo\u017eda i va\u017eniji od visine subvencije.<\/p><p><strong>SPK:\u00a0 MSP su ki\u010dma srpske ekonomije, ali se \u010desto ose\u0107aju zapostavljenim u odnosu na velike strane investitore. \u0160ta bi, iz va\u0161eg ugla, bio najefikasniji na\u010din da se malim i srednjim preduze\u0107ima stvarno pomogne da se razvijaju?<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>FB: <\/strong>Pre svega \u2014 pristup kapitalu pod normalnim uslovima. Mnoga MSP imaju dobre poslovne modele, ali ne mogu da dokazuju vrednost na na\u010din koji banke zahtevaju. Potrebno je i unaprediti finansijsku pismenost vlasnika \u2014 jer dobar biznis i dobro upravljan biznis nisu uvek ista stvar. Tako\u0111e, uklju\u010divanje MSP u lance vrednosti ve\u0107ih kompanija, bilo doma\u0107ih ili stranih, nije dovoljno razvijeno. Klasteri, zajedni\u010dki nastup prema kupcima, deljene usluge \u2014 to su modeli koji funkcioni\u0161u u razvijenim ekonomijama i koji bi mogli da donesu realnu razliku ovde.<\/p><p><strong>SPK: ESG je u EU pre\u0161ao put od volje do obaveze. Kako gledate na srpske kompanije u tom procesu \u2014 gde su danas i \u0161ta ih \u010deka u narednim godinama?<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>FB: <\/strong>Ve\u0107ina srpskih kompanija je jo\u0161 uvek u fazi osve\u0161\u0107ivanja. Razumeju da ESG postoji, ali ga jo\u0161 ne do\u017eivljavaju kao strate\u0161ki prioritet. Me\u0111utim, to \u0107e se promeniti \u2014 i to brzo. Razlog je prost: ako \u017eelite da prodajete u EU, radite sa evropskim partnerima ili privu\u010dete odre\u0111ene investitore, ESG izve\u0161tavanje postaje uslov, a ne opcija. Kompanije koje to shvate danas i po\u010dnu da grade interne kapacitete ima\u0107e zna\u010dajnu prednost. Onima koji \u010dekaju \u2014 vremenski pritisak \u0107e biti sve ve\u0107i.<\/p><blockquote><p><strong>\u00a0Liderstvo i kultura kompanije<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote><p><strong>SPK: Graditi konsultantsku kompaniju zna\u010di graditi poverenje godinama. Kako odr\u017eavate taj nivo poverenja u timu od 40 konsultanata, kroz razli\u010dita tr\u017ei\u0161ta i razli\u010dite kulture?<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>FB: <\/strong>Kroz konzistentnost \u2014 u vrednostima, u standardima, u o\u010dekivanjima. Svaki \u010dlan tima zna \u0161ta se od njega o\u010dekuje i za\u0161to. Nije re\u010d samo o procedurama, ve\u0107 o kulturi u kojoj se ka\u017ee kada ne\u0161to ne znamo, u kojoj se gre\u0161ke otvoreno analiziraju umesto da se skrivaju, i u kojoj svaki savet klijentu prolazi isti nivo internog skrutinija. Poverenje klijenata je direktna posledica poverenja unutar tima. Ako tim funkcioni\u0161e dobro, to se ose\u0107a na svakom sastanku sa klijentom.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2e18b2c elementor-widget elementor-widget-image\" data-id=\"2e18b2c\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"image.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<a
